MARCH 2018 –WORKING PARTIES.

​

All club members are invited to attend working parties in the first three weekends of March 2018. This is your chance to smarten up the club in readiness for the coming season.

Works parties will take place on Saturday and Sunday of the first three weekends in March namely Saturday 3rd and Sunday 4th, Saturday 10th and Sunday 11th , and Saturday 17th and Sunday 18th .

Work will commence at 10.00am and finish at 4.00pm on each day.

A couple of hours from each club member on any day or days would be appreciated. It is great fun and ensures we are ready to go at Easter. Please click on the button below for the list of jobs to be done, and please sign upon the identical list on the Notice Board in the foyer. It will also be helpful if you can bring down tools and materials which suit a particular job. 

Please note there will be no sailing on any of these days.

Wednesday Evening Talks March 2018

​

March Wednesday night talks commence on 7th March 2018, with Who, Where and Why of Elton SC. - 7.30pm start. Talk will last about an hour then its to the bar for a chat and a drink. 14th March - Splicing modern rope and the Race Management system. 21st March - How to get round the course faster.

​

Saturday 24th March - Winter Storage ends.

​

Sunday March 25th March Trophy Day. All members welcome to this start of the new season.
